Focus:

• Skating-Edges, cross overs, power turns, explosive strides, knee bend, starts, agility, balance
  
• Stick Handling-Proper Hand Placement, dekes, head fakes, puck protection
  
• Shooting: weight distribution, quick release, shooting in stride
  
• The skill sessions will work on all facets of the players game. Each player will be broken up by age and ability to ensure proper teaching. Players will not just be run through drills. We will have a small player to coach ratio in order to stop and correct any fundamental mistakes to ensure each player is improving.
